I had totally forgot about my upcoming car insurance renewal and Rio actually phoned me to remind me about it - even though I didnt even have my car insurance with Western. He had remembered from when I mentioned it while I got travel insurance from him back in August!! How awesome is that. He then helped me with my car insurance and saved me over $300 switching from my current provider!!! He was able to answer all my questions and made the process easy and seamless. Rio is now my go-to insurance guru and I will keep coming back to this kelowna team for all my insurance needs.

Alicia Roche and Kelly Hill are both amazing at this company. They both know their stuff quite well. I have not personally used them but I have heard they beat prices so I will have to check the next time my insurance comes up. Highly recommend them for insurance.

We came to this insurance broker as we had just moved to Kelowna from another province and needed to insure our vehicles in BC. Nisa was so helpful and personable, explaining how insurance works in BC and was extremely patient with all our questions. You can tell that everyone that works in this office enjoys being there and it is such a pleasant atmosphere. We can't recommend this broker enough and we will definitely be back. I recently went to Western Financial on Harvey in Kelowna to get my auto insurance, and Kiara helped me out. She was super helpful, patient, and genuinely nice, walking me through Optimum coverage for my car in a way that actually made sense. She even caught and corrected mistakes that were made by other insurance companies in the past, which I really appreciated. If you need your auto insurance done properly, I highly recommend asking for Kiara.
