They changed their policy from allowing up to a 90-day supply for medication to just a 30-day supply. That's fine. But they did NOT bother to inform me of this at all!!! I only discovered this AFTER I picked up the medication and opened the bag at home. They should have called me when they received the 90-day prescription over the phone. Doing otherwise is highly inconsiderate. If they had called me when they received this 90-day prescription, I would have cancelled the order and gone to another pharmacy.

COMPOUNDING PHARMACY! Here, compounded meds are less than a few online places which is bananas because online - only doesn't have overhead like an actual brick and mortar pharmacy. One of the online pharmacies only accepted prescriptions and questions via email and text. Maybe fax too. No calls which they blamed on the employees being treated very rudely by customers. Anyway, I'm very happy I found this pharmacy because I'm able to afford my meds. For my med each pill is $1. At other compounding pharmacies I've seen up to $2.50/pill which I definitely can't afford. In my experience, insurance does not cover the compounded meds. They also offer flat rate shipping. It's often hard for me to get out that way and walk from the parking spots to the door. Staff has always been super nice. They are attentive, let you ask as many questions as you need, and I've never felt rushed. You get helped within 5min or less. Nothing like the big pharmacies like Walgreens, CVS, osco, Walmart, Target, Mariano's. I wish I could have all of my meds filled there but, shipping would end up costing too much. I'm not saying the flat rate shipping is too high. It's just that if you have six medications that you need shipped that would be $10 per med. Which I completely understand. They also have DME and some real medical supplies. I'm a nurse and was surprised to see how much medical supplies they have that you cannot find at other pharmacies. You'd have to go to a medical supply store. I'm so happy with everything about this pharmacy. I hope they don't raise their prices. And if they do I hope it is a small and reasonable amount like charging $1.10/ pill instead of $1/ pill.

Great place for medical equipment, especially for things like mobility scooters. And you can try them out before you buy!

The pharmacist service here is absolutely A-tier. They helped me get my first ever compounded scrip figured out, were transparent about logistics and insurance, and helped with the figuring out and being available to answer questions I had. Thanks a ton, Westmont Pharmacy.
