OIL CHANGE + NEAR-DEATH EXPERIENCE COMBO MEAL I went to Weston Kia on January 12, 2026 for a routine oil change on my 2025 Kia Carnival. What I got instead was a malfunctioning vehicle and a freeway survival challenge. Apparently someone in the service department decided putting parts back on properly was optional. Within HOURS of leaving, my vehicle started malfunctioning. While merging onto the freeway, the car lost proper response and I was nearly hit by a semi truck. Yes. An actual semi. The kind with eighteen wheels and zero patience. Bonus content: my van has front, rear, and cabin cameras, so this near-death experience is literally on video. Not a rumor. Not dramatic storytelling. Recorded. I had to come BACK on January 14, 2026 so they could fix what THEY messed up. Now let’s talk customer service: • Apology? āŒ • Accountability? āŒ • Concern that a customer almost got flattened on the freeway? āŒ • ā€œOops our badā€? NOT EVEN A LITTLE. And wait, there’s more! This place has a greatest hits album of incompetence: A technician previously scraped my window tint with a razor blade, didn’t tell anyone, and tried to hide it with a sticker like this was kindergarten craft hour. Another vehicle was improperly reassembled and had to be towed back to the dealership. Still no apology. This was not a minor inconvenience. This was reckless, unsafe, embarrassing, and absolutely avoidable. If you value: āœ” staying alive āœ” properly installed car parts āœ” honest service āœ” basic human accountability DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO WESTON KIA. Oil change turned into a freeway survival test AND a tint destruction bonus round. Here’s the wonderful work of Edward Razor Hands. Showing they did what I said as well as trying to hide it. The second picture is where the window tint place replaced my window tint and wrote down not razor 🧐

Had a great experience with Bella, she sent me an awesome video of the car I called about that I was interested in since I live quite a distance. I thought that personal touch was super nice and to see who I was going to be working with. She had the car already for us to see though it wasn't charged that was ok we drove another one, and a few days later we picked up our car. Would recommend Weston and Bella for sure.

Be ready to walk away. This sales manager, Jorge, had the nerve to try to convince me that the MSRP of the 2026 Kia Sportage X-Line was $5,000 higher than the actual MSRP—even while we were sitting in the dealership and he was writing it down on a so-called ā€œprofessionalā€ sheet of paper. I was honestly shocked by the audacity. To everyone out there: always check all the numbers before stepping into a dealership. Even better, ask for the out-the-door price over the phone without ever setting foot inside. Only once you agree on the final price should you allow them to run your credit. To them, you are just a number—so treat them the same way. This experience showed me that they didn’t care about anything except trying to rip you off as much as possible. I sincerely hope that, sooner rather than later, these people are prohibited from conducting car sales in such a deceptive and predatory manner. The MSRP highlighted in green was the real one; all the printed numbers were clearly designed to test one’s patience. Sales representative Sam Kantar did an excellent job trying to get me excited about this Kia.

I just purchased a Kia K4 in Interstellar Gray from Daniel at Weston Kia, and it was a great buying experience. I was specifically looking for a fair out the door price without the usual back and forth games. Daniel was professional, and didn’t pressure me into any extras I didn’t want. If you want a straight forward deal and a smooth process on these Kia's, go see Daniel.
