I'm surprised by the bad reviews! Many times, I've missed my phone appointment call. My Dr. continues to call throughout the day until we make contact. He and the receptionists are professionals, understanding and thoughtful.
Even though I wasn't accepted as a new patient, my few interactions with the receptionists were all positive, they were polite and professional
Since they moved to the new location on Edmonds street, a lot has been improved. There are more MOAs working now so my calls always get answered right away and appointments/ correspondence with specialists made quickly and efficiently which I appreciate. I personally find Dr. Eddie Wong friendly and professional. My family and I have been seeing him for the past 15+ years and we are as happy as we can be with a family physician. The shortage of family doctors is real in BC so I am grateful we have one that is close to home, working past 5PM and above all, cares about his patients.
