Windsor CrossFit

I’ve been coming here since I moved to LaSalle one month ago and I am thrilled with this gym. The location by the water is amazing, there are classes held every day in a gorgeous studio that overlooks the river. The classes are unlimited and included in your membership! They have everything you need including some niche items. It’s smaller than some other gyms I’ve been to but there’s always plenty of space because it is never packed with people. I love the updated changerooms as well. Hours are great, especially for a local gym. Whenever I finish my workout, I’m excited to go back the next day.

I have been a member at this gym for many years. But when Renee took over ownership, she has taken it to a new level. It is clean, has great equipment and personal trainers. Members and staff are always friendly and polite. A great gym. Claire Copp.

Its a decent gym. I like the location, as its very convenient for me. The staff are nice and the gym is decently clean. The prices are quite high for what you get, ie, no courts, pool and equipment that is showing its age. I do find you can get a good workout, but it gets a bit repetive with the equipment they have. So it works for me, but i dont think i would use the gym at these costs if it was across town or in windsor. I should note that they have trainers and plenty of classes included in the cost that i dont take advantage of which would provide more value. So if you use those too i could easily see it being a solid 4 stars
