I received an 80 minute massage with a body melt foot therapy. It was absolutely amazing. Hanadi was great! She paid attention to my needs and requests. Took time to make me as comfortable and relaxed as possible. I will definitely return and request her services again. Also, my treatment came with an all inclusive pass for the pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc. I enjoyed a wonderful day of self care and relaxation! 😌 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My first spa experience with Windy City Massage was AMAZING! I was so nervous about picking a reputable spa and skill level of service providers but I was truly impressed with the whole experience. Wuraola & Drita provided such a comfortable, relaxing full body massage as a first timer. They were very professional and skillful. I was fearful I would not be able to relax with so much nervous energy but within minutes I was out of my head and enjoying the process. I swear I was in dreamland for a bit too lol. Anita provided an excellent facial and scalp treatment. I loved how she explained what to expect, what she was doing throughout the process, and what products she used & why. I left glowing!! My only note is be sure to bring warm socks with you if you get cold easy. They do have heated tables/blankets as well. Online booking is quick and simple. Facilities were clean and inviting. Staff was very professional and skilled! 100% would return and recommend.

The overall experience was amazing! My husband and I went to the London House location to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We scheduled a massage and facial over the phone, and booked an appointment. The team was very welcoming and professional upon arrival. They made sure to explain the services we were receiving that day, and made us feel very comfortable in the environment. I am now a firm believer in treating yourself to a nice facial after receiving services from their skilled and kind aesthetician, Amanda. We’ll hopefully be back sooner than later!
