Dr. Ako is honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a doctor. For the first time, a physician took the time to go through my blood work test by test, explaining exactly what each result meant in a way I could truly understand. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or talked down to. Every question I had was answered clearly, and I left the appointment feeling informed, reassured, and confident about my health. This is how healthcare should be. I genuinely appreciate the time, patience, and care Dr. Ako showed and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a provider who truly listens and explains

It’s been a week that I saw Dr. Ako. Went in w/shoulder pain. I appreciated that she took time to re establish me as a patient. As I had seen her in 2023. Made some important facts about my healthcare. My rating doesn’t reflect on her at all. My rate is based on my results from labs and X-ray. It is now the weekend. I just assumed I’d of received a status call. Good thing for OTC meds. Which tend to alleviate pain level at a 3. From 1-10. Will update review in hopes of making this a 5 star rate. In hopes to get a diagnosis of my condition. . Soon. 🙏

My visit with Abigail, FNP-C, was a great experience. She was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She took her time, listened carefully, and made sure I understood my care plan. I truly appreciated her professionalism and compassion.
