Xpress Wellness Urgent Care- Dodge City

I had a wonderful experience both from the receptionist, intake and the doctor. I was seen very quickly. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this establishment. Made what I thought would be a very anxiety ridden moment into a calm and wonderful moment. My needs were met, and the people were wonderful and friendly.

Experience was great. Everyone treated my child with kindness and empathy. The clinic was clean. We were seen quickly and the process was smooth.

For an urgent care I feel like I had a great experience. The receptionist at the front desk always had a smile on her face and had a friendly bubbly personality. She was very helpful. It's so refreshing to find someone with great customer service skills in the medical field. The clinical assistant was friendly, professional and very efficient. The nurse practioner was nice, friendly and seemed to care for me as a person not just another patient. I never once felt like just a number or like they were in a hurry to get me out so they could go on to the next patient. I worked in drs offices for 33 years. This is not the norm. I've seen and experienced drs who have been seeing patients for a long time typing on their computer the whole time the patient is talking and only half listening to what they are saying. Then rush out to get to the next room. Overall, like I said. It felt refreshing to be treated like a human and not herded through like cattle.
