I recently visited XR Wellness in Unionville for a much-needed massage, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming—clean, quiet, and welcoming. The front desk staff was friendly and helped me check in quickly. I booked a deep tissue massage with Naman, and I have to say—he’s incredible. I came in with tight shoulders and lower back pain from sitting at a desk all day, and he was able to work through those areas with just the right amount of pressure. He also took the time to explain what might be causing the tension and gave me a few stretches to do at home, which I really appreciated. What stood out most to me was how professional and attentive everyone was. It didn’t feel rushed at all. I’ve had massages at other places where it felt very routine or impersonal—this was the opposite. I felt like they actually cared about my comfort and well-being. I’ve already booked my next session and plan to try their acupuncture and cupping services soon. XR Wellness is definitely a hidden gem if you’re looking for a place that blends therapeutic care with a relaxing environment. Highly recommend

I came to XR Wellness with serious shoulder tension and left feeling so much better. Emmy was amazing—she focused exactly where I needed, using just the right pressure to release the knots without any soreness after. The clinic is clean, peaceful, and professional. I’ll definitely be back for more sessions. Highly recommend for shoulder pain relief!
