🧘🏼‍♀️💫🧚 My training with the Yoga Center of Denver was so beautiful and profound. My teachers were nothing short of amazing! 🩷 I learned so much about myself and the depths of yoga itself. I am also incredibly grateful to have such a wonderful group of people to learn alongside. 🙏 The love and support that I received does not go unnoticed. I feel honored to announce that I will be offering a community gentle flow on Wednesdays at noon. 🌱 Feel free to come and move with me! 🌞

This massage was by far one of the best I’ve had! Lizzie was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable and cared for. The atmosphere was beautiful and I really loved all the special elements put into the space. Truly felt like the getaway I’ve been needing. Will definitely be booking again asap!

A divine space filled with beautiful wood flooring and woodwork design. I hosted an event there and everyone loved it so much. You can feel all the love and intention that went into the creation and build out. This magical space brought my vision to life featuring dance workshops, dj lineup, sound healing, performances, vendors, interactive fashion experience, elixirs, food. Grateful to work with such an amazing staff and space at The Yoga Center of Denver.
