Yoga Loft Vaughan

I’ve been practicing at this yoga studio for the past 5 years, and it’s been a truly transformative experience. My boyfriend joined me on this journey, and now he loves the space, the welcoming environment, and the amazing community that Jen C and the other teachers have cultivated just as much as I do! Although I may not attend as often as I once did, I can confidently say that every class offers a great practice. A friendly reminder to read about the class before booking is key, especially since many of the classes are heated. I highly recommend arriving a bit early to give your body time to adjust to the heat and really focus on your breath. Both my boyfriend and I have enjoyed learning more about ourselves through the teachings of Jen C (the vinyasa strength queen who switches it up every week), Frank (the restorative and stretch king), Elena (the core and stability expert), and Linda (the yin and yang master). We've also loved trying out classes with new teachers, which keeps things fresh and exciting. If you're looking for a supportive, diverse community with incredible instructors, this is the place!

Yoga Loft is an incredible yoga school! Jenn and her team have truly taken my yoga and fitness practice to the next level. Their knowledge, guidance, and support make a huge difference, and you can clearly see how advanced this school is by the inspiring community of students who showcase such skill and dedication. I’m so grateful to be part of it!

Awesome yoga studio, the instructors are all great and the owner Jen is super friendly. All the classes are very high quality and I always feel amazing at the end of each class. I would recommend this studio to everyone, it’s great for beginners (like myself) as well as experienced yogis.
