Maggie and Cassandra are truly incredible yoga teachers. They bring so much knowledge, energy, and kindness into every class. I love how they challenge and inspire while still creating a space that feels welcoming and open. They always take the time (whether coming early or staying late) to help with proper form, which shows how much they care about their students’ growth and well-being. Their power and mobility classes are funky, fun, and such a great way to push boundaries while still feeling supported. Every class with them is amazing, and I always leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and inspired.

Great studio with awesome class variety. I've been loving mobility with Maggie a lot! All of the people who work there really make me feel like a part of the community from start to finish. I'm sad that I'm moving away and will need to search hard to find a place as solid as this one!

I’ve been attending classes for a while now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best yoga studios I've experienced. The front desk ladies are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The environment of the studio itself is calming and clean. I appreciate the cool down towel at the end of each class. I’ve enjoyed all the instructors I’ve taken classes with, however Kelsey is hands down the best instructor that I’ve ever taken any yoga class with. I always leave feeling grounded and refreshed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive, supportive yoga community!

I have been going to Yoga6 for almost a year now and it is the longest I have ever stayed at a studio for and have been practicing yoga for almost 15 years. Cassandra's classes are truly my favorite! She teaches from a place of pure joy and expertise. I love going into her classes and never doing the same thing twice. Her flows are unique, challenging, and always put me into the flow state.
