I’ve been to chiropractors before. It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, but I still had migraines and sciatica after months of treatment. Because my issues weren’t resolved and I felt like my complaints were dismissed, I just assumed chiropractic wasn’t for me. After having 8 migraines in a month, and my hip pain worsening, I decided to try chiropractic again. I was desperate for any relief. In the six weeks I’ve been seeing Dr. Adam, I’ve only had to take my migraine medication once, and my hip feels so much better! I can lay on my left side without triggering a migraine. I can walk the dog again without pain. Best of all, I feel like I’m being listened to, not rushed or dismissed like before. Sloan at the front desk is wonderful to work with and so thoughtful! After having to reschedule an appointment for a vet emergency, we received a sympathy card from the office, which was unexpected and much appreciated. I highly recommend Yost Chiropractic!

The tension I was feeling in my neck has improved. I've become more aware/in-touch with my body and how it's feeling. There is still tension there but I feel a difference - it feels like it's moving versus staying stuck. The progress feels good.
