I’m an owner/resident in a small 27 unit community called Harvest Meadows in East Lampeter township. I’ve lived here for 10 years and have been with 3 different property management firms. I’ll point out that when YRG took over the community, financials were a bit grim. YRG handled getting a full assessment done on the community as the first priority. It seemed the community was finally heading in the right direction. I was a board member that brought YRG on and felt good we made the right decision having Ashlee represent Harvest Meadows. My term as board member was short lived. I learned in 3 months that I should have listened to others ā€œdon’t live in a HOAā€. I did a lot of leg work including pointing out costly future issues that should be corrected before the problem becomes a high cost issue. The perfect example is in one of the photos with a gas meter. A tree is growing within inches of it. The tree will eventually push the gas line and cause a gas leak putting everything in the surrounding area in danger. We have residence complaining of water in basements due to poor water distribution from downspouts. This also causes issues between concrete and asphalt separation in the winter. I’ll let the photos speak for them selves and add that a resident was demanded to dismantle a vegetable garden within a given time frame or it would be dismantled by someone else. If only the weeds and invasive overgrown areas were handled with the same energy, we might have an eye appealing community instead of an eye sore. Photos taken 7//27/25 same day of this review. $195 hoa fee when we moved here and the community looked attractive. Now it’s $335 and I don’t recommend anyone live here to own. Unless you want to rent and take no pride in where you live. Update 8/7/25 Over the past 5 days since publishing the above review, YRG has been on top of the landscape crew including numerous call backs for unsatisfactory work. I’d like to take credit for this improvement but after speaking with a handful of other residents, I learned they have also been complaining with the same dissatisfaction. I don’t have a name to share on who the landscaping crew is. We’ve had many different companies over the past few years. 70% of my complaint has (for now) been satisfied.

āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø I've lived at The Oaks Condominiums for 22 years, and have served on the HOA Board for the past 4—three of those as President—so I've seen firsthand how much it takes to successfully manage a community of 158 units. Since YRG Property Services became our property management company in 2017, the difference has been night and day. YRG has been nothing short of exceptional. They’re responsive, professional, and proactive in every aspect of management—from routine maintenance to budgeting, communication, and vendor coordination. Their team truly understands the complexities of HOA communities, and they've consistently gone above and beyond to keep things running smoothly. As a board member, I especially appreciate their transparency, support, and follow-through. It's a partnership built on trust, and their experience has been invaluable in helping us make smart, informed decisions for our community. I wholeheartedly recommend YRG Property Services to any HOA or property owner looking for reliable and top-tier management. They’ve made a lasting, positive impact on our community, and it’s been a pleasure working with them. Thanks Ashley, Barry Martin

Ashlee is completely disrespectful and this company as a whole is a sham. I have a full story to be posted on Reddit and Glassdoor about this company. If somewhere is managed by them, look elsewhere. It will be nothing but problems and Ashlee will laugh and take your money while disrespecting you about it. The landlord they were managing Keith Evangiliste (sp?) Is a slumlord. His lease isn't even legally binding. Avoid this company and anyone they manage at all costs!

Less than one star. This management firm is appalling. I am a homeowner and they are the management firm. Our rates increased almost $100 in one year and nothing is done right. The landscaping is terrifying and performed by amateurs. They spot mulch around weeds. The units are dirty. Nothing is enforced on a uniform basis. They pick and choose what "rules" to follow when it suits them. There are fire hazards, hoarding and dogs running around unleashed, to name a few things that they have failed to address. They tell us that everything is "too expensive" forgetting they are working for us. They don't answer their phone. I only got a call back when I called from my attorney's office and the number was displayed. One of the board members has never attended a meeting, and he is the so-called secretary, who is supposed to take minutes and distribute them per bylaw. Two of the board members don't even live here so they have no clue what's going on, nor do they care very much as long as they are getting their rent. YRG is a dumpster fire floating down a flooded city street. Avoid them at all costs unless you want a constant headache. See below response. Per my last email..... Me thinks thou protesteth too much.

YRG Property Services is a property management company.
