Today I had an appointment at the clinic and I noticed how the receptionist was rude to everyone. Of course, I was no exception. She tells everyone to sit down in a very unpleasant way without saying please or thank you. I had been waiting for 50minutes. When I asked if the doctor was coming, she gave me a nasty look and told me to go sit in my room. Train the staff, or hire someone who actually values their job.

Dr. Wong is the best GP I ever met! He was patient during the appointment and didn’t feel he was rushing out the patient like others do. Unlike different clinics I visited recently, the receptions at this location is friendly and ready to offer help. Kudos to all.

Was waiting to be connected with the front desk for 30-40 minutes, finally got connected. The person on the phone collected my info, said "wait a minute" and after a few minutes she just hang up. I've tried to call them back multiple times but was getting a VM stating the mailbox was full and I needed to call later. It looks like I need to go and see them in person to verify why they did not send a prescription to my pharmacy... Terrible service... Front Desk, doctors, please remember you are paid from my taxes and your patients deserve a bit more attention

I’ve had only positive experience with the front desk reps and doctors at the clinic so far. Sometimes, especially when it comes to in person appt, I wait for longer than the time of my appointment scheduled however, I can ask as many questions as I need and doctor takes time to explain. I understand that for some people it might not work. That’s why I don’t have any other plans if I know I have to see a doctor on that day. There is underground 90 mins free parking. You just have to register your car.
