Great place. Great service, fixed my car to where now it is running, will definitely go back. Leonard, the owner, is very helpful and kept me up to speed on the progress. Highly recommend.

I called Warrens to get an estimate on my son’s car. Please keep in mind this was the 4th place I called. I had already talked to several people about the issue and was trying to get the best price for my teenage son. We used Warrens Auto Repair often in the past. Not only was the person on the phone rude, he was trying to take advantage of me, as a female. I was quoted for 5 hours of labor for something that only takes 30 minutes. I was also quoted $700 for a job that truly only cost us $140. AND WE HAD THE PARTS. When I explained the situation and the other quotes, I simply asked “is that standard for it to take that long? I’ve spoken to several people and done my research and I haven’t received anywhere near these quotes.” He said “go somewhere else then and hung up”. We have used them in the past but my husband typically calls. We will never go back here. Not only was he rude, but he was absolutely trying to take advantage. He didn’t think I knew what I was talking about or had any idea of the “average pricing and labor” for this particular job. Do better!

Very honest shop. They were transparent and great communication updates. Nice to find a good place without waiting at dealership for hours
