This studio, space, water views, owner and people are a happy place for me! I felt right at home and appreciated the vibe that allows for spirituality + holistic wellness to exist in one place. The clientele are diverse and are real true gems that live in central FL. Do not hesitate to come and experience it for yourself!

The space location and classes offered at 1 raw yoga are absolutely amazing the teachers and owner are truly gifted and passionate about yoga. I went everyday while visiting and highly recommended I can't wait to come back!

Kat was great, loved her couples crystal Bowl sound bath. Very relaxing, my husband and I can't wait to go back and do it again. Loved the rose petal path into the room and the gift of a red rose. So kind.

Raw is awesome. A very friendly vibe, and a beautiful setting right on the lake. I appreciate how classes offer both opportunities to challenge yourself and also modifications as needed. I brought my mom (who has some mobility issues) in for a class and the instructor, Mignon, couldn't have been kinder and more welcoming. Highly recommend Raw Yoga!
