I absolutely adore the gentle somatic yoga class. Gretchen has a warm, laid back, calming presence. She meets you where you are and her inspirational words wrap you in love and kindness. The studio space is charming, warm and inviting. I feel grounded and peaceful after every class.

I have fallen in love with this little piece of heaven. Unlike most studios there's a wonderful garden area right outside a large window/roll up door to the studio. And the people working here are all about making yoga perfect for each person. ❣️
