I've been a patient at Victoria House/Langford medical for a very long time and I've never had a problem with the Doctors Nurses Reception staff (and I'm sorry if I've missed anyone out) Every body I've dealt with has been very kind courteous and helpful A 5 star rating because I can't give 10 + excellent :-)

Arrived 10 minutes late for my vaccination appointment. I know I'm wrong, but the rude receptionist didn't even try to help, checking if the nurse could still take me or ask me to wait for a cancellation. You can see the happiness in her face when she was telling me I was late and had to rebook. All started actually, 2 weeks ago when I asked for a travel form and when I asked for a pen, she made a face as if I was a beggar asking for £100. This woman is not welcoming at all. Anyway, what to expect from someone who knows that independently of the basics she do, she won't lose her job. If I could give 0 stars I would.

First, they have walk-in blood tests. The problem is I had two people ahead (not busy at all).. The receptionist answered call and stated that the earliest they can do blood test is in two weeks.. Why?? You can get a blood test done in half an hour. In my case..But If you book you wait 2 weeks.. After my appointment, I had to book the following appointment.. The receptionist stated she can't help with anything. But when I called in.. (from lobby) Who was the "coordinator"?? Same receptionist. Just stop it! This is nonse.
