My experience was outstanding. I filled in an e-consultant and received a phone call on the same day. The nurse was so lovely over the phone and scheduled me in for an appointment which was the following week. (Non urgent) As I arrived I checked-in on the self check in -which was so efficient. I did not wait long at all to be seen. The nurse that saw me was so professional and she clearly communicated the whole process, which made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I'm always able to get an appointment here. Doctors call you back when they say they will. No mix up with prescriptions like a previous doctors surgery.they don't close their lines when appointments for the day have been booked up (like our previous doctor's surgery). Pleasant staff. Receptionists aren't gatekeepers and treat you with respect. Clean facilities. Parking available. Vaccine clinics available.
