Excellent, helpful lady on reception called Deborah. Very helpful with getting my Mother booked in to see a nurse. A credit to the practice, nothing too much trouble.

Can’t get an appointment to have meds reviewed at their request. Visited the surgery (as it’s nearby) and was told the don’t book appointments you have to phone in. My gp only works 2 days a week so no appointments available. I made a complaint about their procedures and customer care over 2 months ago using their complaints procedure and to date, they have ignored it. They are an appalling practice, avoid if you can!

Changed without consultation to a different GP within the practice who unfortunately, in my opinion, did not give full care and consideration to a very close family friend with a terminal illness. I asked to be changed to a female GP in light of them reallocating their client base and was advised "no" but they would endeavour to let me see a female GP if possible.... not sure why this is an issue when the bulk of the GPs are female ! On this basis after being with the surgery almost 3 decades I have changed surgeries. Sad it comes to this but my health is more important than their protocols. Now moved to a Surgery that offers longer hours, telephone cover on Bank holidays, a proper review of regular meds so fingers crossed it will be better.

The new computerised appointment and assessment system is horrendous and does not allow you specify symptoms, just keeps walking in circles treating person as a robot. It is hopeless. None of my symptoms fit so system doesn’t come up with anything - it’s complete nonsense.
