Never experienced this type of customer service my entire life, the agent Suvidha Daniels that worked with me and my husband put us on hold for over 1 hour saying she can’t get a hold of progressive while we called progressive on another phone got a hold of progressive’s agent, got help on the issue the Ariana agent Suvidha Daniels has caused to begin with. And the kept on saying she can’t get a hold of any one even after. So disrespectful and under trained. Also Lair! They do not know what they’re doing at this agency and for that reason I’ve decided to switch.
