Update I received a call about my review which ended up upsetting me. Then the Doc text after conversation & asked me would take my review down after she offered me to come back in a month. I asked what's more important my review or my mental health? Doc says she didn't know everything that was going on. Doc should check in with patients once in a while to at least see how things are going not just to call about a review. Very unprofessional the way this was handled. Now Dr. Savedge is giving me a hard time getting me my records I've asked at least 3 times to get emails from her. I The file is too large, can I fax them, to Dr. Savedge 3rd email saying "check the client portal. I've told her I do not have access to a fax, no access to a printer.
