Dispatch is overseas in Eastern Europe. People are nice. That’s the only positive. I’ve not had 70% drop and hook, more like 4 out of ten are drop and hook. The equipment (trucks) are not new and have over 400,000 miles. Few trailers are new. Payroll is a huge issue. If you are lucky you might get your pay deposited on Friday. Their claims of having pay on time are lies! More like Saturday and Monday deposits. There is always some made up BS about why. Due the math, you have to run over 3,600 miles at .55 comes to get to $2,000. There is no layover or detention pay. Ever! Insurance is not affordable at all. Suggest looking at other companies.

They will take your money . Leave you stranded they left me stranded for 5 days cuz they have to get a radiator off when they chop shop trucks and get it sent to loves.. I bit the bullet quit and came back to him somebody messed up my airlines on my truck and they blame me took my check drivers please be aware of what you signing up for and be cautious orientation it's like 1 minute they hire anybody drivers please be aware of this I'm giving you a fair warning. If y'all know about overseas company they were bought out by Euro Euro failed all these overseas companies drivers please be aware of what you sign up for do you have tickets and stuff that's good for you but this is something that will cost your life are your freedom they don't give a damn about a driver please listen to me and stay away and find something better this your own option to go for it

My experience has been great so far from upper management to my dispatcher to the shop guys any concern i have is taken care of swiftly. Only problem i have is my ac is going out again im sure they will fix it quickly though.

I started here at the beginning of February… picked up a truck from El Paso. Filthy truck full of cat hair, got another truck assigned in ft worth. It was a little cleaner, but found cockroaches in the sleeper after a couple of trips when I was going to bed. Don’t know if company is going under. They don’t want to invest into their equipment. Their freight is only brokers and your time is wasted waiting for loads. Loads are mainly heavy and their trailers are running on bad tires. So are the tractors. I don’t know why they allow drivers to treat their equipment like this. The trailer shop mechanics even looked embarrassed with what they had to work with to keep equipment running. After returning their equipment back to their facility, I was charged $150.00 for a cleaning fee after I returned their equipment in better condition than how I received it. So if you want to deal with these kind of companies, then you are at the right place. All their trucks are paccar engines, unsanitary. Good luck
