To anyone looking for a job please do not go here. They are a horrible company!!! you will not make money. I have been driving for 14yrs and this was the biggest mistake they pay like trash they talk a good game but then it all BS. also they will put you on weather hold all the time even when it is safe to drive. do not waste your time even if you're new go to swift over this trash.

Signed on as a lease purchase. Promised 5 to 6 runs a week with a 34 hrs reset at home. I only averaged 4 loads a week; approximately 1800 miles. Need at least 2500 to make ends meet. Failed consistently to have me do a 34 hrs rest at home and had me mostly do 34 hrs resets in Laredo, TX. Had to beg for loads, but was usually told nothing was available. Often, each week I would have 2, 34 hrs resets in Laredo, TX because loads were not available. Finally after being out for 5 weeks, had home time that I had placed a request for 2 weeks prior. DM claimed that he was on vacation and no else could approve home time requests. Can to an agreement with the DM about taking 2 days off since my home time was messed up. He agreed but 3 days later, denied everything and told me to put in another request. I took the load I had to the Irving, TX Terminal, emailed the supervisor that I was quitting, cleaned out my truck and left. I should have known there was a problem at the company when I first got my truck and it was damaged and PAM said, too bad, we don’t fix fairing. If I am buying a truck, shouldn’t it be in good shape? It took almost a week for the company to figure out how to get me from Charlotte, NC to Irving, TX to start my dedicated lane. Poor management with little regard for the livelihood of drivers. PAM makes so many promises, but fail to deliver.

Just The Tips

The guy that works the lobby will only let you watch old TV shows. And heaven forbid you turn it off to use your own device. But Other wise you should quit go work somewhere that cares about you. Only live 34000 day on earth. Make it count.

Look I drive in Taxes between 1:30 and 2:30 one of your drivers took the left lane at 45 mpg on purpose. Everyone move to the right lane to pass the driver. Two semi trucks pass him the 3 the driver with glass cuts in front of other driver. The driver of the Pam truck would have caused a major accident on highway 30! Keep your low speed truck out of our way till the border of Texarkana.
