I was not going to leave a review on how bad this Trucking company is as a former Driver but they left me no choice. I had an injury a few months back at their trailer yard due to lowering a very rusty not maintained landing gear on their trailer. I went ahead and reported the incident to dispatcher Ruben to which he referred me to Safety Israel. I then described the injury and what had happened to Israel. He went ahead and advised me to go to a doctor and get checked out. I did knowing they required some type of medical clearance to return to work. I get to the hospital only to find out my insurance wont cover the injury and had to pay out of my pocket. I notified Israel and he told me to put the bill under my name and they would pay for the medical bill. I then told him I was not going to do that and needed them to invoice them. They declined and only paid a portion of $100 for a doctors visit who recommended I needed to get X-Rays. On top of that I received an invoice from doctor I needed to pay a remaining amount of $50 ridiculous. I was fired from this company with no warnings or reason which im grateful for. The only thing bothering me now is they are blackmailing me for an IPad in exchange for my W-2 form which they never sent out to me. I told them a long time ago they could pick up the IPAD to which they never responded until now. I wouldn’t recommend this place for one bit that is why their driver turnover rate is ridiculous and cant find any drivers. I noticed cash advances paid out to other drivers but deducted on my paycheck. Payroll response was that it was erroneous due to having similar last names. This erroneous act occurred at least 3 times which is shady given the fact we all have driver id numbers and fuel cards. I always check my paystubs for this reasons. Some drivers don’t even bother to check them because they are out on the road and the paystubs are left with the guard. At times I would request my paystub and was advised by the guard they had not dropped off the pay stubs. Very shady practices. Detention pay will not be paid even if you stay at shipper or receiver 6-8hrs waiting to get loaded or unloaded. Vacations are not paid. On your way home you will pick up at Fritos in Duncanville TX which is a mess pre loaded trailers are not ready for drop and hook and you will stay there until its ready for 5-6hrs and then be told by dispatcher to just go to Frito lay in Sugarland TX to pick up. If that load is not ready just go down empty to the yard. What a complete waste of time. No driver appreciation what so ever. Their Hidalgo Yard is full of pot holes, mud and very cramped. Good luck if it rains and you cleaned your truck because you will have to clean that mud inside your truck where you drive and sleep. Their Trucks are not maintained after conducting pre trip and post trips nothing is fixed even after reporting to dispatchers or Mechanics. Maybe that’s the reason I was blacklisted and taken away my assigned truck which had no issues. If you have dignity as a human being don’t work for this company there are other opportunities out there. I took some pictures so you all can see and be the judges. ALSO PAY IS .48 cents per mile they promise up to .54 cents but the driver has to drive 4,000 miles and then any miles after are paid at .54 cents goodluck being away for that long especially when the loads are not consistent.

Driver was riding my rear end for 45 miles before I ended up exiting. Very aggressive driver should NOT be on a 18 wheeler. He’s going to kill someone.

Very good company office personnel are Awsome. I just don't trust the mechanics. Over the road drivers get the good trucks local drivers get the trash trucks. Do not trust the mechanics.
