Toni MilcevskiThe worst broker ever and Derik Hulsey is even worse. He tried to put the rate down after we booked the load. My driver spent more than 7 hours at the receiver and he dont wanna pay me detention. He said "You didn't come down when I asked you after we booked the load now I'm not paying you detention''. NEVER BOOKING LOADS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!! They will be reported on every possible page and every account so everybody knows what kind of scammers are. TERRIBLE!!!
Dispatch TeamSome of the people working at this company are extremely dishonest. They denied a load to us after booking it with the excuse that our safety is not acceptable. Then when I confronted them about the untruthfulness of their statement becase the safety of any company is basically public and anyone can see that our safety is way under that of the national average Wayland Rios became offended. If they had found someone who could do their load for cheaper than what they'd agreed to pay to us, they cold have just said it. They didn't have to makeup lies about what is basically out there public and everyeone can see in safer.
Mike PizziYour logistics department in Lafayette, Indiana for caterpillar is absolutely insane. They scheduled an appointment for 12 noon. I arrived at 11:30 to Check-in. It is now 545 and I’m still waiting to get loaded. I contacted caterpillar to them informed them of the situation here whether you need more employees or something needs to happen but this is absolutely ridiculous to allow a truck driver to wait this long with no bathroom no water no food nothing especially a bathroom. I’m a human being for heaven sake at least put a porta potty out here for us.
Billie PullinOur experience with them was horrible and I have the pictures and emails to prove it! They don’t do what they say and there percentages they take out are 33%. Plus additional charges for certain trailers. If you are an owner operator run the other directions. No matter what they tell you and no matter what the many sites including theres say there are no 5000.00 sign on bonuses.Run especially if your an owner operator!!!
