Great company. Pros: Equipment Miles Stability Facility Communication Cons: Hometime Pay (rate) starts low(.55cpm) but you can get more if you stay for a while. The miles make up for it; it’s common to run 3000-3500 miles weekly, and you get bonuses for saving loads and arriving early. You aren’t micromanaged and your pre plans usually make sense. They pay a large bonus if you refer a driver that starts with them. My issue is the home time. 3 weeks out and 3 days home is rough for me. The only way to justify this is if you just live on the road full time or just do this part of the year imo.
