We understand that when you pay cheap for a place it’s not going to be the best but we would expect the door on our room to lock it had been booted off and the smell was un bearable through out the whole place. We had to put a cupboard In front of the door we didn’t feel safe at all whilst staying here not very secure at all. On arrival couldn’t find reception so had to ring up as its a separate place. Only thing nice about this place was the bed there was no remote, hair dryer etc that was supposed to be in there. Paint peeling off ceiling and walls, big yellow stain on ceiling and curtains hanging off, dirty tissues stuck to the wall. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Pre booked this hotel via booking.com in advance, when we arrived the hotel wasn’t open due to no electric or water. We called the number displayed in the window to be told we must make our way to another hotel they had provided. We got there for them not to have any idea of our booking, they also had no rooms free. They then sent us to hollandales hotel and again when we got there had no idea about our booking. It was very stressful with the kids and suitcases. They said they had 18 hotel by MyRooms. I would completely avoid all of these! The third hotel we got to did provide us rooms which were beyond dirty the bed had visaible bodily fluids including blood and sick on the mattress. We refused to stay there and had to find last minute accommodation! Completely AVOID

Booked for the 11th Oct and it said free cancellation until the 10th, anything that says that usually that would mean up until midnight the 10th but they say no that means until midnight on the 9th so it should state the 9th not the 10th. My daughter has chicken pox I offered medical evidence and they still wouldn't give a refund. Judging by the other reviews and the state of this hotel they clearly are desperate for the money. Do not use this hotel there is LOADS of other hotels avoid this one at all costs! Will ne claiming the money back from my bank

This has been so frustrating and stressful for me, first my children have been affected by the hotel experience they had. I had book a reservation from 6th-9th august for 2 rooms which costed me £327 all together. When i got there on 6th August  the photos didn't match with reality and the condition of the hotel. I wanted to leave bit i had no where else to go with my kids in a city that i dont know. So i said its fine i will stay little did i knew what i would experience i would have left straight away. When we got settle i found out there was No hot water, the towels were old and all had big stains, the bed sheets and covers had pill and dirty stains on them very old and didn't look or smell clean, both rooms that i had book had spiderweb on them, moldy and fungus on the walls which was next to the bed, we had slugs in the bedroom, the tables and all surfaces and work setting had dust on them, the floor had not been hoover and bathroom had not been cleaned. i am not just saying this but i took photos as evidence. After careful considering my kids health and wellbeing i thought its best to get another hotel i couldnot stay there even if it was for free, i had no choice so i contacted booking.com and they had asked me to provided photos of the situation in order
