Do not stay in this slum! it is absolutely disgusting. It stank of cigarettes. The room was ridiculously small. There was no room to hang up any clothes or personal belongings. The bed was dirty as you can see on the photos. The curtains were covered in paint the bathroom which was communal was absolutely atrocious. The shower tray was absolutely vile. And the floor had black mould on also the window in my room would not close and the view is absolutely shocking clearly just a very very very rundown hotel with lazy staff that can’t be bothered to clean it or do anything to it why even bothered being open? Just close it down!!!

Wow where do I even start this hotel was absolutely disgusting the state it was in and they allow baby’s in there we had spoke to them on the phone a few times before actually getting there they never once’s said some things wasn’t working so we got there and they said the bath wasn’t working ,no heating ,no towels ,no tv, no internet they give us a little heater which never worked I did ask if there was anymore as the room was colder than outside we just got ignored they was arguing downstairs which wasn’t good for the kids the smoke alarms kept going off it was drug delayed and the way we got leave wasn’t okay to be leaved we had to move hotels for the reason of making the kids be safe I wouldn’t recommend this for someone with kids and probs not even for yourself as soon as we got there is just smelt like weed it’s horrible 😩

When we arrived, we were complaining about the smell of weed outside (there was a sign on the B&B door specifically stating no drugs in or around the place) yet they were allowing their associates to smoke weed right outside and proceeded to have a go at us for addressing the weed. I went with 4 adults and 10 children and we made less noise than the people who were running the B&B. Shouting, swearing and banging till early hours of the morning. The rooms were dirty, sockets were broke, mould/damp was in several places within the building, I had one socket in my room which the kettle plug wouldn't reach so had to stand and hold the kettle whilst it boiled. The small tv was barely hanging on to a wall bracket. There were flies in the rooms when we got shown around. Beds were broken, uncomfortable and covered in stains and crumbs. There was dirt and rubbish in the plug drain in the sink to the point where you could fill the sink and it would take a long time to drain. Originally booked to stay 3 nights but could barely make it past the first night. The shared bathroom was just a disgrace. Staff were rude, would avoid at all costs!
