I was going through a hard time and this place helped me sooooo much (and continues to do so)! We found this lovely studio while on a golf vacation from Canada. Andrea made us feel so welcome, as did the other members of the Beyond community. We were only able to attend two gentle classes but they provided us with the best retreat - calming, wonderful cueing and modifications, with room for challenging one’s edge, and a blissful final relaxation. We are grateful to have been a part of this positive energy. Thank you 🙏
