I can’t say enough how amazing Brooksville Yoga is. All the yoga instructors are so wonderful. I was in a terrible accident about a year ago that left me with nine serious injuries throughout my body. I never thought I would be able to do yoga again. But with the help of amazing instructors giving such gentle and guided classes, I slowly built back my strength and flexibility. I owe them all such a great deal of gratitude. 🧘‍♀️🙏🧘‍♀️

I love Brooksville Yoga Company! All the instructors are so kind and knowledgeable. They each work with you on your own level. There are plenty of class days and times available, with a variety of different types of yoga. I started practicing with BYC late last year and have definitely increased my strength, flexibility and stamina. I look forward to each class. I have made some great new friends.

I have been going to brooksville yoga company for a month now & I can say with ease that they are amazing ! The teachers are awesome and explain everything so well. The atmosphere is so calm, inviting, and clean. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves yoga!
