I stayed here alone in June and returned with my family in August. The small room was perfect for my stay alone. The property is nicely updated and clean. The apartment style room was also perfect for our needs for 4 of us. Having the extra bathroom and fully equipped kitchen were lovely. The staff was very welcoming and quick to meet any additional needs. The location made it so easy to walk to the beach and Bearskin Neck to shop or grab something to eat. Having family in Rockport, I am sure we will be staying at the Eagle House again.

We stayed in the guest house for a weekend and it was clean, well-appointed, and a seamless stay. There is a dedicated parking spot for the guest house so finding parking was not an issue for us. The location is perfect and walking distance to anything you would need or want to see in Rockport. Would stay at Eagle House again!

Great place with high quality amenities and excellent communication. My wife and I spent two nights here for a wedding trip and enjoyed the space the location to the downtown and great customer service. The room was clean and has the type of amenities to make the stay comfortable, including refrigerator and coffee maker. The area, though close to the downtown was very neighborly and quiet we had no issues and would return if the opportunity presented.

We had an excellent time at our stay at the Eagle House Motel! The location was perfect… A short walk from everything in downtown Rockport. The owners were fantastic. Definitely take some time to check out their bar, the Hideaway just down the street! It was a perfect mix of in town, but also quiet and felt the privacy. We look forward to staying with them again!
