This place doesn't deserve no goddamn ratings. I Booked a room this morning online while I was at another hotel. I chose this place because it was cheap and close to where I'll be working at. Choosing this motel was also within my budget. Meaning I can't afford extra spending for unnecessarily needs. When I got to the motel to check in, right there on the front desk it states deposit: smoking rooms are $50 and non-smoking $100. I don't have enough for either. I believe the room itself was 62 or $63. I feel robbed. 😔

Property needs extensive exterior work, some of the units are being used as full time living quarters for families including children. The owner/family lives on site, in an apartment above a handful of motel rooms. Family has no consideration for guests downstairs. Teenage kids of the owner banging and slamming during late night hours. Loud TV and conversations into late night could be heard through thin walls. Complaint to the owner solved the problem for about 30 minutes. Owner is friendly though. Sketchy people hanging around the property, presumably full time residents. Room 27 had an odd smell but at least not cigarette/Marijuana smoke. Bed looked clean, it was somewhat comfortable. AC and TV both worked well. Shower curtain dirty, low water pressure in the shower, hot water was good.

Room #10. Ok so there was mold in the mini fridge, the A/C didn't work, the heat was on set to 75°, the windows are falling out from the wood rotting around them.  Bathroom door won't close and latch. Shower curtain fell as soon as walked into bathroom . Tv is in a stupid spot in corner on side of bed . Stains on carpet. Beds not very comfortable. Window sills and other places dirty. In general place needs some updating and better maintenance all around . Weird people walking all around the place at night. 6am the next morning there's a couple fighting outside who must live here. The vibe of this place is shady in general. Definitely won't be staying here ever again when we come up for another event at the local race track.  Save your money and stay elsewhere people.
