Our room had a slight outhouse smell but we had some room spray. Not the cleanest place I have been. In, but it was clean and quiet. The beds were comfy and the rooms dark. The girl that checked us in on the night shift was fast ans efficient and could see we were tired. Tje rate was decent, so I would stay again

well let's see the hotels.com app said 50$ deposit. so when it's 120 and i didn't have it, the hotel.con had to ask days in for refund. now i spent 45 minutes on the phone with them to say we have to ask Days i. for refund. But they offer to remove the deposit, which by this time its 1 am and i'm over an hour away now. so i just asked for it to be refunded. so now they have to talk to someone in management the next day to get the refund. now 6 days later i finally get a message saying there is no refund and they cant do anything. So i lose the One comp id earned over six months and $60. so they can both get the Karma they deserve.

We had a king bed in a smoking room. I know people will comment about the fact that as a smoker myself, it smelled like 20 chain smoking in it. I had to get my air freshener out of my vehicle because it was strong. Then the blankets had burn holes in it. A few big enough to put my fist through them. The breakfast was lousy sausage and biscuits like the store bought ones. Overall a terrible place, I wouldn't let my dog stay there.

Do you want the good news or bad news first? Good news: the outdoor pool is INCREDIBLE! so clean, so nice. Loved lounging around by it. Bad news: that's where it stops. The room was dirty. I spent an hour cleaning bc it was really late and we had already moved hotels once. So, Someone apparently threw a burrito against the wall and ceiling multiple times and housekeeping didn't feel like it was necessary to clean it up. The carpets are greasy. There are roaches in the rooms. The bathrooms are filthy... everything is filthy actually. The ac was blowing out air that smelled like a combo of Marijuana, Marlboro reds, black mold, and rotten pickles. The list goes on...
