While others claim to do so Centered Wellness is actually putting the patient/client first. Owned by two women it offers functional medicine, low cost community acupuncture and yoga. All in a no pressure nurturing atmosphere.

Beautiful studio. Classes vary from challenging hot vinyasa to slow flow restorative. Heated classes include cold lavender towels handed out before final rest. Kind teachers and students. Highly recommend this yoga studio.
