I was truly lost until I talk to Brandon Johnson from Centerville insurance agency. I had a bad taste in my mouth from car insurances coming from Allstate and being not in good hands with them at all it was truly one of the worst experiences with that company that I've ever seen been with them for 4 years never had an accident never had a violation insurance kept going up every 6 months for this that was the other then a little fender bender with my son's car and they gave that's the worst treatment ever!!! So my surrogate mom who referred me over to Erie insurance agency and I got to speak with Brandon Johnson who was just magnificent. Gave me better insurance lower deductible and More in comprehensive collision and property damages for less money. Brandon was very professional very friendly very forthcoming and letting me know what is what without missing a beat. He explained everything to me down to the wire and I'm grateful for him for that and very customer service friendly. Which other companies need to have. So shout out to Brandon Johnson from Centerville insurance company appreciate all your insight answering all my questions and giving me a sense of security knowing that I have good car insurance which I pray I don't need to have after use just knowing I have good coverage for less just eases one's mind when driving.
