» Customer Experiences:
The hotel overall, the corridors, elevators and our room was spotless. The facility is well maintained and clean top to bottom. Our room was immaculate. The only drawback was our room faced I-91, the late night and overnight traffic resulted in poor night's sleep. The hotel has absolutely no control over the traffic so if you can sleep like a log or request a room NOT facing I-91, I highly recommend this location.
The room was fine, basic and clean. While breakfast was included, it was not staffed well and the hot food options were empty when we tried to eat, leading us to go elsewhere our first morning and didn’t even try to go the second. Linens and towels are only replaced after 3 days; I would’ve appreciated at least clean towels. Wouldn’t be my first choice to stay in the area again, but would go back if it was our most equitable option.
Positive: The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. The atmosphere is up to date and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was updated as well. I also liked the location. The gentleman who checked me in was friendly and efficient. Negative: Nothing negative comes to mind.
