Extremely frustrated with the lack of follow-through and organization. I called to get an insurance quote and was told I'd hear back the next day — I didn’t. I followed up twice, and each time I was given a different story. I was also asked for the same information again. No one seemed to know what was going on. If this is how they treat potential customers, I’ll be looking elsewhere. Very poor first impression.
