Really enjoyed my stay! Me and my boyfriend stayed the night for a wedding we had and the staff was so beyond kind, the room was ready when we came at 3, we were able to request late checkout and there were zero issues with our room. Everything was clean. Would definitely stay here again!

My family stayed over there for 3 days for our sister’s wedding and everything was so amazing. The service, rooms, staff, breakfast and the best part is huge parking. The whole team is amazing specially the GM Aldina Feratovic, she is wonderful. No wonder why this hotel is so amazing, coz it has a great leadership. I will definitely come back again. Cheers to the whole team.

The location is perfect for shopping and easy access to the train station to get into the city. You feel safe, to move around this area , and there are lots of eating places in walking distance.|However what stood out to me was the excellent customer service that I received from Kelly Carey, when attempting to make my reservation. Your voice with my first phone conversation was so genuinely warm and friendly, and I appreciated how quickly all my details were confirmed and emailed to me with such efficiency. |During my stay, it was lovely to have Ginelle at the front desk checking up on me, and so willing to accommodate all my little needs.|My husband and I felt very special and we look forward to our next visit.

Positive: Very comfortable bed with nice sheets. Excellent front desk female staff— very helpful and very pleasant. Very handy to park outside the hotel Negative: No electric kettle n the bedroom to make tea. The Keurig coffee maker does not make boiling water for tea. Poor bread products for breakfast—-no real bagels in NY. R u kidding me?
