Customer experiences
The hotel is clean and so was the room. It was quiet and felt safe. Wanting to use the pool, it is open late (10pm) which is great. The only thing that was negative is that there is NO breakfast as is advertised in the amenities. They say they have coffee in the morning. This was disappointing. They said it was against their policy to have breakfast (???!). It's a good location near the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and CVG airport. I think you would enjoy your stay here if you just plan to not have the convenience of breakfast in the motel.
For $80, it was a great stay for our family. Rooms were recently renovated and everything was clean including carpet. Beds are comfortable. Ask for their renovated rooms in the third floor during check in. Coffee and tea available 24/7 but no breakfast though.
I am disabled and have a service Dog. I was told that my service dog could not stay for longer then 5 days. In addition to illegally not upholding my Certified Service Dogs rights. The room was filthy when we got here. We stayed for 7 days and each day was greeted by roaches. In the microwave, the refrigerator, and scattering about on the floor and walls. We did not have funds to move to a different hotel. When discussing the Roach issue we were told we should have shown them. So we brought one in a plastic bag to the front desk and their only response was “OH”. In addition they falsely show a breakfast and said on their website there is breakfast. There is not. It is only coffee. We spent far to much for all the hassle. And they refuse to do anything to make any of it right. I will never stay here again.
We checked in, inspected the room, and immediately decided to leave—even though we had already paid. • Bullet holes in the door leading to the second floor created an unsafe impression. • The room reeked of cigarette smoke (I am allergic), making it uninhabitable. • The microwave was dirty and the refrigerator was in poor repair. • The carpet was visibly unclean. On the positive side, the location is easy to find and close to plenty of good shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately, the exterior is extremely outdated and the safety and cleanliness concerns made it impossible for me to stay.
