I took the beginner aerial yoga through classpass and it was very relaxing. If you’ve taken yoga pretty consistently this is more like a yen style class with deep stretching and more focus on decompression of your spine. My favorite part is being in the cocoon during Shavasana-so relaxing!! The silk ribbons can be uncomfortable in certain positions so just make sure you are fully clothed (I wore a light weight jacket and workout leggings and still felt discomfort upside down lol) so you can fully enjoy when you’re inverted
