I attend yoga studios all over the country as I work remote (over 40 states this year alone). Equilibrium Moment is quite literally my favorite studio in the country. Every class is unique, challenging and fun. All of the instructors I have taken have different styles too, each wonderful. And an excellent sense of community. Could not recommend it more highly, whether you are a local, snowbird, or just need a reset and workout while on vacation.

Immaculate community vibes, friendly and thoughtful owners and staff, and fun challenging classes! Their shop and cafe is also incredible, each item is handpicked and high quality. You can tell a lot of love and thought has gone into this place. So glad Equilibrium Movement exists and grateful to be a part of it!

Awesome awesome studio. I found it very unique. Friendly staff, great classes, cozy, all around great community. I often don’t have fun at workouts but these instructors were great and all very different styles from each other. I also appreciated the flexibility around packages given i was only visiting for a week, no bureaucracy easy process, just great. Thrilled I found it and made my vacation week significantly better by starting my day with yoga. Congrats to the owner and staff for providing such a great experience!

Equilibrium Movement is such a beautiful community of great people. The yoga classes are some of the very best I have experienced here in the States and in Canada. Equilibrium's owners and instructors are all top notch. They provide a warm welcome to everyone who walks through their door. Yogis of all levels, from beginners to advanced will love this place.
