Great little airport. I bring my husband for fly in, fly out for the oil sands. Everyone is amazing and helpful and it is rare that it is busy. Usually Wednesdays get a little busy.

When u book ,u have to call to extend or cr towed even if they know ur at work and u will pay when u come back , but when u book three weeks and work get cut and u back in one week there is no refund , money scam machine , never again and I'll make sure no one I know will park there again .

Gotta make sure your bags are packed proper for weight. I believe checked bags are 40lbs & carry on is limited to 22lbs. That's a combination cause you can bring 2 carry-ons. The total.of them cannot be over 22. My suitcase & laptop weight 20 lbs alone. That is my only peeve

Would appreciate having water bottles back. Crew members are so polite no matter what and are very respectful. Flight 1602 from Edmonton to Firebag was delayed, but they were so accommodating to our needs. I appreciate them.
