This was truly a great and unexpected experience for me. I’m moving to the area soon and have started to “date” yoga studios—Hamsa was on my list. Sunday’s class with Jared was surprisingly strong, challenging—I say this mostly because it not heated and labeled a soft flow on a Sunday! Jared knows his stuff and delivers a punch for this power yoga buff. I will be back to check out the heated classes with Jared’s Sunday class at the top of my list!

Absolutely loved this class. The music set the perfect tone -super relaxing but energizing - and the vibes were amazing. Lisa, the instructor was knowledgeable and flowed with ease and grace. It was such a welcoming atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

What a great experience. Very challenging but so rewarding. The staff are all so friendly. The place is clean and the environment is very peaceful. They are very friendly to veterans and first responders! I'm so glad I decided to give this place a try!
