Sandra SThe hotel could definitely do with updating in bedrooms. Marks on walls,ceiling got patches of water marks. The worst were the bed pillows they were absolutely disgusting with stains, I can't imagine why they were put on, I did complain and they got changed but then I doubted the cleanliness of the place, I dared not check matress. |On a plus side the hotel was warm, entertainment was good, food good and we had half price drinks which was worth the money, however there was a party of 3 who was all inclusive, 2 of the 3 were absolutely stoned every night to the point that they could barely walk but the bar staff were still serving them, he was also getting drinks for other tables on his all inclusive and the bar staff knew this but nothing was done about it.

David KEnjoyed my short break in February, been to the seabank a few times and have never been disappointed, staff amazing , food great room spotless, will be back. The cold weather could not dampen my stay , when staying in at night, you have excellent entertainment.
