I was looking for a Thursday yoga nooner and stumbled upon the Hot Yoga DeLand studio. It was fantastic and the instructor Sidney was spectacular. He really knows his yoga and breathing exercises and I haven't had that stellar of a practice in awhile. Highly recommended both this studio and instructor.

Amanda's Yoga Sculpt class at DeLand Hot Yoga is an absolute game-changer! It's the perfect combination of a high-energy, full-body workout and a powerful, flowing yoga practice. Amanda has an incredible ability to motivate and challenge you, while also creating a supportive and welcoming environment. The music is always on point, and her creative sequencing keeps every class fresh and fun. You will leave feeling completely empowered, sweaty, and stretched out. If you want an intense workout that also brings a deep sense of mind-body connection, you have to take her class.

Hot Yoga Deland is a beautiful studio filled with great teachers and wonderful students. I love when I get to go teacher specialty workshops in Handstand Training & Master Classes in Inside Flow and Alignment. Kirsty and Heather (the owners & teachers) have a desire to stay up to date with new techniques and continuing education. They have creating a space of community. Everyone is welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed Nicole’s hot yoga sculpt class. She has a very pleasant voice and personality. She was very welcoming, her cuing was clear and the class definitely challenged me. I got a great workout!
