Suzanne lead sunrise yoga on the beach for my sister’s bachelorette party. It was a great way to start the day and balanced out the trip! She was super easy to communicate with, arrived on time and asked great questions in the lead up to the day in order to provide a session that everyone would enjoy. Not everyone in the group had done yoga before but they all had a great time. I would highly recommend!

Hot Yoga on the island is the best yoga studio! Their instructors work with you so much. In my 3 years of working out here, I have met fitness goals, personal goals, and made great friends. They have been so supportive of me but also the community.
