I tried HOTWORX for the very first time few months ago go and it was such an amazing experience! 💫 The atmosphere is super welcoming, everything is clean and comfortable, and the staff makes you feel supported right away. I never thought I could enjoy a workout this much, but the infrared sauna and guided sessions left me feeling energized, relaxed, and proud of myself. Since I started, I feel so many improvements in my body — better sleep, more energy during the day, reduced stress, faster muscle recovery, and even clearer skin. It helps me stay motivated, focused, and positive. It is something completely new for me. Now I come here 3 times a week, and it has become a part of my lifestyle. Definitely recommend to everyone🤩

I started coming here with my coworker and now I’ve brought other people here and we have a whole community of people who love to get our sweat on together. The classes are 24/7 and it’s the perfect amount of time for a workout, plus I love the variety. The studio is also super clean and the cold plunge/coffee place next door is perfect to cool off!

Addicting! Hotworx is such a great place to workout! 24 hour access, tons of different workouts all day long! So different from any other gym! It’s very clean. The infra red sauna is so good for your skin, you feel amazing after. They also have a weight area if you want to do some strength training. I am addicted!

Incredibly impressed. Super user friendly with many options. Our hot yoga with infrared sauna class was awesome, great instructor and love the different level options with 2 instructors demonstrating easier or harder version simultaneously. Hailey and Alia are the best! Highly recommend!
