My 87 year old friend was there 3 nights til she signed an AMA to get herself out. She can't hear well and doesnt understand things well. The nurses fussed at her for having to tell her things so many times and then fussed at me when I'd try to explain things to her, saying I was interfering. They told her to wash her hands but, the soap dispenser was broken, they knew it, and they never fixed it or showed her where the bottle of soap was in the 'kit'. I had to show her. No bed change or bath offered. No offer to brush her teeth or hair. Left her oxygen off that the dr wanted to send her home with. Left her on the toilet for 30 minutes after she called for them til she finally got up herself.(fall risk) GOSH im so upset 😡 NEVER again. NEVER!!!!!! What are things coming to??????

Emergency room rules, "SO SAY" only one person in room with patient, but I witnessed 2 woman go to the back and the workers came and got the man.. An hour later I asked if I could've went to the back with my grandmother and mom, they denied me. I left and came back an hour later, watched them let 2 more people in a room that already had a guest, asked if I could've went with my mom and grandmother, GOT DENIED. I guess it's just a WHITE while the hospital has set. Cause they all were white and I was black!!

My husband came into the ER by ambulance. Dr. MCInnis was so very attentive to his injuries and very kind to the entire family! Once admitted to the 4th floor the staff was amazing. Dr. Osborne and the surgery team kept me informed along the way. We had to come back a few days later for another procedure and everything was a breeze. Dietary accommodated requests, Gwen in house keeping is the sweetest lady we’ve ever met. She greeted us with a joyful song each day.

I recently had several out patient test done. I went through the CT dept, Cardiopulmonary dept. and MMG dept. Everyone was professional and courteous. Registration was quick and efficient.
